Veterans on the Lake Resort
Eligibility Requirements for Pre-registration
Please note the current eligibility requirements to make a reservation at Veterans on the Lake Resort. These must be fulfilled in order for us to comply with our Special Use Permit with the United States Forest Service.
Person making reservation must come from within one of the following categories:
1. Disabled veteran* do you have a "C" (claim) number ___yes ___no
Survivor of deceased disabled veteran. Name Required.
Survivor of veteran killed in action. Name Required
or
2. Veteran age 65 or older ___yes ___no
or
3. Non-veteran disabled ___yes ___no
or
4. Active duty military ___yes ___no
or
5. Able-bodied veteran. (Can make reservation up to 90 days in advance of arrival).
(Anyone from one of the above qualifying categories can bring guest(s) of their choice.
Person(s) with qualified guest(s) do not have to meet eligilibity requirements.)
Also permitted:
1. Groups or government agencies which require a barrier-free facility.
(Must declare accessibility needs.)
2. Walk-ins. This clientele may be outside the focus groups and may register or reserve space seven days or less prior to arrival
