2008 Reservation, Deposit & Cancellation Policies |

NO PETS ALLOWED. Thank you for your cooperation Deposits are required within 15 days of making a reservation. If we do not receive your deposit in 15 days and arrangements have not been made, your cabin dates will be terminated. Deposits on all cabins is 50% of total price of the rental rate up to a maximum of $250. We will refund your deposit less a $50.00 handling fee only if we are notified in writing within 30 days in advance of your arrival date. Your reservation will be confirmed by mail. PAYMENT - You are financially responsible for the entire reservation and the balance of cabin rental due upon arrival.You are expected to pay for the time you reserved whether or not you stay the entire time. Refunds will be given in case of an emergency. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to our guests or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. State & Local taxes are additional. CHECK-IN - between 4:00 to 6:00 PM CHECK-OUT - Check out is at 10:00 AM. It is important to adhere to this time frame. |

| PETS - For the safety of your animal and our guests, we have a NO PET POLICY. VIOLATORS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND WILL FORFEIT CABIN RENTAL. Exceptions to this are for "special needs" animals. There are wonderful pet kennels in the area. | |||||||
